Money-Back Guarantee Policy

Due to the technical principles of hair removal and anti-aging device products, it is necessary to use them with a certain frequency and over a specific period of time to demonstrate the effectiveness of hair removal and anti-aging.

Requirements for 90-day Money-back

  1. You must complete at least 12 hair removal or anti-aging treatments, with treatments spaced one week apart, and capture photos of the areas you are treating before each session.
  2. If there are no noticeable results in hair reduction or anti-aging , please email 8 photos to us at customerservice@megelin.com, along with your order number, and we will review your application.
  3. To avoid misjudgment caused by different lighting, please maintain the same position and angle for taking photos. Ensure the photos are high-resolution and well-lit.
  4. All images must have valid time and date stamps.
  5. All 90-Day Money-back Guarantee applications MUST be submitted within 90 days of receiving your Megelin products.
  6. MEGELIN owns the final interpretation right of this clause.

If the above condition is satisfied, please complete the following return steps:
  • Step 1: Please contact our customer service team (customerservice@megelin.com) to initiate the return process with the following information: Order number, proof of purchase, video, or photos of the faulty product (relevant photos for the 90-day money-back guarantee policy).
  • Step 2: Our customer service team will review the information you provide within 48 hours. If it is confirmed to comply with our return and exchange policy, we will provide you with the return address.
  • Step 3: Insert the receipt along with the items back into the original packaging.
  • Step 4: Contact the courier yourself and hand over the package to the courier for delivery.
  • Step 5: Send the order tracking number from the logistics delivery back to our email (customerservice@megelin.com).

Please note that non product quality problems, the return shipping fee needs to be paid by yourself.

Please note: If the hair removal device or anti-aging device is damaged due to improper personal use (including breakage), it is not covered by our warranty.
